Collecting your purchase from Mattress Warehouse

As Mattress Warehouse do not provide a delivery service we have provided a helpful guide to bringing your bargains home.

Please contact our Sales staff in our Dublin, Gorey, Naas, Carlow Town and Wexford Town stores and they will help arranging your delivery.

Collection by customer

You can collect your purchases directly from our stores within 6 working days of purchase or arrange storage if you are unable to collect within this time frame.

Please quote your unique Order Reference Code as this will help our staff to easily identify your product(s).

Arranging collection by a courier company

Should you decide to organise a courier collection, please quote your unique Order Reference Code to the chosen courier company as this will help our staff to easily identify your product(s). Your product(s) will be labelled with this code together with your contact details and delivery address.

Storage

We will store your product(s) for six working days from the date of the order.

After the initial 6 working day period we can store the item for a storage fee of €10 per day for an additional 6 working days. If goods are not collected after a total of 12 working days from date of order Mattress Warehouse reserve the right to return the product(s) to the sales floor. All deposits beyond this point are non-refundable.

At Mattress Warehouse we are strict about our storage limit policy. This is due to the volume of stock we turn over. If we allow any longer we would require additional warehouse space for products awaiting collection, so please work with us on this. If, for any reason, you are having difficulty collecting your product(s) please contact us as we may be able to help or even hold the stock an extra 24 hours if we have room.

All of our product(s) are sold as seen and once your product(s) leaves our shop floor, we are no longer responsible for any transit or other damage caused to the product(s). Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information. Comprehensive images of all of our products are taken as soon as they are put on our shop floor and in the case of product(s) being damaged by third parties, these images will be used as proof that any damage is not the responsibility of Mattress Warehouse.
